Directions For Use
Warning
Do not use Fulfill Plus after the use by date on the underside of the carton. Do not exceed the recommended
daily dosage.
Fulfill Plus should only be used continuously for 30 days
Dosage instruction:
Swallow whole 3-5 capsules with a glass of water 30 minutes before each of your three main meals. At the beginning of the treatment 3 capsules per main meal should be taken. Dependent on the feeling of fullness, the intake can be increased upto 5 capsules per meal.
Contra indications:
Do not use this product if you suffer from disease-related strictures in the gastro-intestinal tract, bowel disorders,and diabetes or have a known hypersensitivity to Plantago ovatae (Ispaghula husk).
Interactions with other substances:
This product can delay the absorption of simultaneously taken medicines; as a result you should take other medicines at least 1 hour before taking Fulfill Plus.
Side effects:
In rare cases hypersensitivity reactions can occur. An increase in the volume/or softening of faeces can also occur.
Important indications:
Do not use this product after the expiry date.The product is not intended for children, pregnant and nursing women. Be aware that during the treatment it is important that you consume at least 2 litres of water or low calorie drinks per day.Take the capsules with fluid. Do not suck, chew or bite on the capsules!
